A joint venture was formed with Two Rivers Housing and the building was successfully refurbished to provide around 1,676 sq ft of managed workspace targeted at local entrepreneurs setting up businesses in the creative industries.

Since its launch in 2010, the Studios have been let to a number of entrepreneurs and helped them launch their successful businesses and successfully move onto bigger premises as their businesses have expanded.


Studio 7 is located to the rear of the property. There are shared WC and kitchenette facilities.
