We've loved our time at The Pippins. It is a lovely quiet and rural development with a friendly community - there's always someone on hand if you need some milk, a tin of tomatoes or someone to feed the cat! The kids often play on the green and ride their bikes, we are so lucky to have the beautiful space opposite. Even 7 years on, we still love opening the curtains every morning to enjoy that beautiful outlook.

The location has been great for us as the area is very well connected, with easy access to both M3 and M4 for commuters, and Reading has the fast train into London Paddington. Being on the edge of countryside, we benefit from being a short stroll away from Swallowfield Park which is great for walks and has a children's play area. There is a lovely parish hall where we've enjoyed many kid's birthday parties. There's lots to do nearby, including the tennis club, Wellington Country Park and Wellington Farm shop all a short drive away.

We have made some wonderful friends here and are leaving due to work commitments, and so, it's now time for someone else to create some wonderful memories here.

Reading is around 8 miles away, you're on the fringes of Hampshire and there's also great access into Wokingham as well as the neighboring villages of Risley & Farley Hill. With a semi-rural feel, it's no surprise that the current owners love the amount of abundant greenspace and countryside on the doorstep to explore, as well as places like Wellington Country Park being only 5 mins away by car. Access to both the M3 & M4 motorway networks from here is also excellent.
