Parking permits for on-street parking are available for purchase at £3.60 per day. A travel cot and/or highchair can be provided upon advance request.

Perfectly situated in vibrant Southsea, this studio is within walking distance to the seafront, Kings Theatre, independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am, as this is a residential building. All properties are non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. A starter supply of essentials is provided. For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay.

The studio includes a dining/work table, making it a comfortable space for remote work.
