Parking permits for on-street parking are available for purchase at £3.60 per day.

Situated in the vibrant heart of Southsea, this studio is just a short walk from the seafront, Kings Theatre, and a plethora of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants. The popular coffee and cake shop, The Garage Lounge, is directly opposite. Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard are also within easy reach.

Quiet hours are observed between 11 pm and 8 am. This is a non-smoking property, including any Juliet balcony or terrace. There are no on-site laundry facilities, but a launderette is a short walk away. For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay. Self check-in is available, and support is accessible via phone or message during office hours (10:00-19:00 daily). For emergencies outside office hours, leave a message on the answerphone.
