Visitor's permits for on-street parking nearby can be purchased for £3.60 per day.

This studio boasts a fantastic location in vibrant Southsea, with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The seafront is a 15-minute walk, and you are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre, Gunwharf Quays, and Portsmouth's historic dockyard. The nearest train station, Fratton, is a 20-minute walk.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am, as this is a residential building. This property is non-smoking, including any Juliet balcony/terrace. There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies. The main guest should be at least 21 years old. If you wish to smoke, please do so away from the main building premises. Strictly no smoking in the building including out of the Juliet balcony. Due to strict fire regulations, please ensure you inform us of all guests that will be staying.
