We are an independent family run company providing a Residential Sales and Lettings service to a wide and diverse area of South Somerset. Managing Partner, James Grover, has previous experience working for a large corporate agent and managed a local independent before running English Homes and we fully focus on customer service.
Whilst still providing all the internet advertising, window displays, media coverage, financial services etc of the larger agent, being an independent means we can better tailor our service to your needs. We print quality details from the main office so a photo for example can be changed instantly. Floorplans are provided at no extra cost.
We do not tie clients into lengthy contracts, preferring to build a trusting relationship from the beginning.
There is a private office available for consultation and home visits can be arranged.
We work closely with local solicitors, financial advisers, surveyors and insurers should you need these additional services.
