The location is opposite the Tesco Extra superstore and Arc Cinema; Beeston's excellent range of shopping and other facilities are also on your doorstep.

The development provides Flats sizes of 5 and 6 bedrooms so we can allocate groups or people looking for rooms on their own but wanting to share with similar flatmates.

The rent is charged at £155 per week for a 51 week contract and £160 per week for a 48 week contract.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and also includes a complimentary tram pass.

Location

Mooregate House is situated on Middle Street in Beeston town centre, opposite the main bus and tram terminus and the Tesco superstore.

Beeston is very well served by public transport. Buses leave every few minutes connecting Beeston with Nottingham and Derby. The Nottingham buses pass University Park and qmc and pass close to Jubilee Campus.

There are also regular tram services connecting Mooregate House with University of Nottingham West Entrance 5 minutes, South Entrance 7 minutes, Queens Medial Centre 9 minutes and Nottingham Train Station and Nottingham College 20 minutes. For more information, see

Beeston's railway station is a 10-minute walk from Mooregate House. There are regular services in to Nottingham station (journey time 6 minutes) and direct services to London St Pancras (journey time 1 hour and 40 minutes approx.)

The accommodation at Mooregate House is arranged in flats of between 5 and 6 people. We can offer to groups or those that want to take an individual room in a flat.
