These in turn lead onto a veranda and private pool area (very private as a end unit) with outside shower ⁄barbeque looking out over the private marina. The unit comes with its own Boat Dock right in front of the unit .This unit has a larger than normal dock and because it is a corner dock it is very well protected from the prevailing wind.

The unit comes with its own external storage facility and undercover parking for its Golf Cart . Further you are allocated one Car Parking lot in the undercover parking lot .One uses a Golf Cart on Eden and then a car when going to the mainland of Mahe. There are rental cars available on Eden or you can buy your own.
