Access to the property is over a private drive from West Looe Hill. From the garage a stepped path leads up to the terrace and in turn the entrance doors.

Directions
Although this property has a garage for parking it may be in use therefore when visiting the property we would suggest that you either park on West Looe Quay and walk up West Looe Hill or park in Barn Meadow Park and walk down to the property.

From West Looe Quay cross the road by the Fire Station and proceed past the Jolly Sailor Public House which is on your left and follow the road up West Looe Hill. Approximately 3/4 of the way up on your left you will see a private car park, the drive leading to Braemar is almost opposite. Walk up the drive and then up the steps by the side of the garage.

From Barn Meadow Park walk down the hill and the drive is on your left just before the entrance to the private car park which is on your right.

Please do not park in the private car park or on the drive leading up to Braemar.
