"As soon as we stepped through the secluded front door and into the spacious hallway, we knew this property was the one. You have the sense of living in a house not a flat, given the living spaces are so large and light, which from our previous viewings was rare to find.

The direct access to the garden has made summer BBQs a joy to host in the quiet, sun filled garden. The excellent transport links make working in central London hassle free and with the start of the Epping Forest trail a few minutes away providing the best of city and suburban life.

We will miss our Sunday morning trips to Chocolatine bakery for pastries and fresh bread and the convenience of Walthamstow village just a short walk away. Not forgetting to mention all the wonderful green spaces surrounding Upper Walthamstow Road making this a fantastic place to live."
