I loved this house from the moment I stepped inside; and I was taken by the well-proportioned bedrooms (no squeezing in!) so important for a family. It felt warm and cosy and seemed to say “Hello, you are very welcome”. Nestling in its own little cul de sac; a quiet driveway of just three houses which makes it feel quite private. It’s also very close to the park, which is great for walks and for families to play. The neighbours are lovely too. I’ve owned this house for around 10 years, and have updated the family bathroom and ensuite and recently created a spacious kitchen diner to make for comfortable modern living. In the summer you can fling open its patio doors and enjoy the garden which gets plenty of sun.

This lovely house offers space to grow and will be a lovely home for another family - not to mention the solar panels which have provided an additional tax-free income which is an added bonus.

This house has such an impressive kitchen space and has to be one of the best family homes that we have seen in this area in a while. Our seller has perfectly summed up why not only is this a great house but also a fantastic location with so much green space right on your doorstep.
As you can see this home has some excellent space on offer both upstairs and downstairs. To the front there is a porch entrance which then leads you into the living room which has the nice bay window and fireplace.
The back of this home is where it gets really impressive with our seller having opened up the kitchen to create a superb plan kitchen dining space. This really is the hub of the home and makes for the perfect entertaining area with the double doors leading onto the garden. The kitchen is brand new and great specification, with the double ovens, gas hob and space/plumbing for a dishwasher. You've also got the benefit of the downstairs cloakroom and internal access to the garage with is also houses the washing machine.

Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a good size with both the master and second room having fitted wardrobes. The en suite shower room from the main bedroom was refitted only a year ago and has a great finish. The family bathroom was also refitted at the same time and both have the all important windows.
The garden is an excellent size and benefits from space and a shed down one side and side access on the other, whilst to the front you have driveway parking for three cars.
