Owners Insight

"41 Burridge road is the house where I was born and lived for most of my life. The magnolia which dominates the garden was planted to celebrate my birth and has grown much larger than the owner! I remember walks to picturesque Cockington and Walnut road for shopping where John Shambrook is still the butcher.

It is a deceptively large property over two floors with wide open views across Torquay from the rear. My grandmother created a grannie flat on the lower floor and I well remember as a child the adventure of building the garage. More recently it has become a holiday home for my late mother and myself. Time for nostalgia has passed and now the property needs love and renovation to become again a spacious family home."

Step Inside

Cloakroom with WC, wash hand basin and obscure glazed window.
