Fishing
We have been informed by the owner that the Carp reach upper 20's, Perch to 3lb, Bream to 10lb. Fishing is available at no extra cost and is encouraged on the lakes, one of which is being used as a growing pond for future stocking of the main lakes. The main lake has depths up to 8ft and a range of features to fish.

Lovingly cared for this site has been allowed to flourished by the owner with nature the key factor, a range of plantings around the site attracts a variety of wildlife that enjoy the site.

We have 11 lodges built so far and have planning permission to build 28 altogether. Langmere has 5 lakes that are well stocked with Carp (up to 32lbs), Pike, Perch, Tench, Roach and Rudd. There is an abundance of wildlife including nesting kingfishers, geese, ducks and moorhens. The fishing is included with the purchase price. Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a lead.

In accordance with planning regulations the site closure dates are from 15th November to 15th December and 15th January to 15th February for overnight stays.
The ground maintenance and service fee for 2022 is £ 4,750 p.a. On top of this there is electricity which is billed quarterly. Gas cylinders are available on site.
