Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, WC, and wash basin. This bedroom also provides access to a balcony. The second bedroom offers a versatile bunk bed configuration with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top.

Pets are allowed and private parking for two vehicles is available. An external plug socket can be used for electric vehicle charging using your own vehicle charging lead.

Located on the West side of Whitby, West Cliff Retreat is just a short 10-minute walk to the town center. Explore Pier Road for cozy pubs, fun arcades, and fish restaurants, leading to the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach. The swing bridge over the River Esk connects to the East bank, with its narrow medieval streets, boutiques, and pubs. Climb the famous 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary, or discover the ruined Whitby Abbey. Whitby is part of the North York Moors National Park, ideal for long walks.

Smoking and events are not allowed. Guests are required to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
