Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited without prior written consent. A smart home device in the living area actively records noise decibel levels, but does not record audio or video. Late departures may result in additional charges, with fees ranging from £50 for up to 1 hour late to the equivalent of one additional night's stay for more than 3 hours late or refusal to vacate. An additional cleaning fee starting from £100 may be charged if the premises are left in an excessively dirty condition. Charges for damage, breakages, missing items, or repairs will be based on the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. Guests are not permitted to charge electric vehicles, electric scooters, electric bicycles, lithium-powered devices, or high-capacity battery-operated equipment anywhere on the property.

The master bedroom includes a chair and desk, making it suitable for a home office set-up.
