Please be careful with suitcases as the staircase inside the apartment entrance does not have a handrail. Guests are asked to take off their shoes inside the apartment and avoid stomping or running to respect neighbors due to thin floors. Noise detectors are installed to manage excessive noise, with normal levels under 70db being acceptable. Any violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, and violations will incur a cleaning fee of £200. An extra guest fee of £30 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests, and an administration fee of £200 will be charged for unauthorized guests.
