Designed in a unique industrial style, cool, quirky yet homely feel, our Classic Studios (our second largest studio type) feature a comfy ottoman double bed, underfloor heating, dining table, fast Wi-Fi and kitchenette, complete with double hob, fridge and microwave.

As well as a large window (that does open) to help fill the room with lots of natural light, the studio also features a good amount of storage with a number of built in cupboards around the room.

The shower room comes in two styles, either a bright wet room space with large walk-in rain style shower or traditional toilet, sink and shower unit.

On top of your own personal studio space, you will also have full access to the communal lounge and co-working space on the ground floor where you will be able to meet our other like-minded residents (we call them members). A great space for those who need to work from home, the area features communal co-working tables, complete with power sockets and usb ports, a free pool table, comfy seating area, widescreen TV, hi-spec vending machine and a coffee station where the coffee is on us! The area also comes with hi-speed Wi-Fi.

There is also an outdoor patio plus the building offers a secure entry phone system and an underground car park. Landry rooms with washing machines and dryers can also be found in the building.
