- Length of tenancy
Unless tenancy dates are specified in the property listing, tenancies are offered on the basis of an initial 6 month fixed term, a longer term can be agreed on application. Student specific properties are offered on the basis of an initial fixed term between 11 and 12 months, the available dates are displayed in the property listing.

- Weekly rent figures
Please note that rent payments for all tenancies are per calendar month, any rent figure quoted as weekly is for comparison purposes only and is usually approximate (~). Weekly rent figures are calculated by multiplying the monthly rent figure by 12 to get the annual rent figure and then dividing this by 52.

Changes to a tenancy: £50 or reasonably incurred costs.
Early Termination: Reasonably incurred costs and all rent due under the tenancy.
Utilities: Payable to supplier / provider.
