Your eyes are drawn to the glass doors at the far end of the room where you get the first views of the outside terraces and the Moroccan architecture that has influenced many buildings in Andalucia.

The living room has a fire place, ceiling fan, recessed ceiling lights and last, but certainly not least, a bar area, with more Moroccan themed arches and pillars, that is ideal for entertaining guests.

Passing through an archway to the rear of the living room you arrive at the dining room which is another bright room due to the quite individual style dual aspect doors in three of the room´s corners. All of these viewpoints give more views and access to the external terraces.

Adjacent to the dining room is the sizable kitchen, divided by the running theme of arches and pillars and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fully equipped with white goods including a gas hob, integrated dishwasher, high level ovens, fridge freezer and extractor. There are extensive storage cupboards and marble top work surfaces in which there is a double sink and drainer.
The kitchen has patio doors that lead on to a pergola covered terrace that has sea and pool views. An electrically operated awning gives shade when needed and undoubtedly, this is a much used external living space.

Continuing through the kitchen you arrive back at the hallway where the two remaining rooms on this level are. The first of these being a bedroom, that is currently utilised as a second living room / office. As with the ground floor bedrooms, it has built in wardrobes, air conditioning and radiator. Another twin aspect window and door bring in light and open on to a terrace.

Finally on this floor there is a fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

The top floor of the house is predominantly devoted to the master bedroom suite. The large bedroom has two terraces from which there are stunning views; a dressing area with generous built in wardrobes; and a bathroom with a corner bath, shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and basin.

With four windows along the bathroom´s south east facing elevation, they make the bathroom and dressing room bright and airy.

It benefits oil powered central heating, is being sold furnished and an under build that could be developed into perhaps a workshop but is currently used only for storage. Within a 10 minute walk you can be on the Playa del Palmeral beach, along which there is a selection of bars and restaurants. The larger Parque Comercial shopping centre and Mercadona supermarket are just a 5 minute drive. Along the Paseo there is a wide choice of eateries and tapas bars and public transport operates along the full length of Mojácar and on to Garrucha and Vera Playa.
