Services are obviously all available nearby and the Santa Lucia train station is just 500 m from the building. To move inside Venice, the famous Vaporetto has a stop just below the property (roughly 80 m).
Description of the buildings
The palazzo features two separate entrances The first one is exclusive property and leads to the main staircase with elevator and to a storage room in the back of the building. The staircase leads to both the first and second floor. The other entry is shared with other tenants and leads to a private staircase that reaches the first floor.
The first floor is made up of ample rooms that were used as offices and archives in the past (220 sqm – 2,367 sqft). This part of the palazzo needs a total renovation, with a general remake of systems and finishes that are very old. As for accommodation, the floors could easily accommodate up to eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. Two terraces (roughly 9 sqm in total) overlook the underlying canal and complete the floor.

The second and third floors are in better shape, habitable even, but they nonetheless need to be modernized and updated to express their full potential.
