Half way up the stairs to the first floor is a very tasteful stained glass window and at the top of the stairs is the master bedroom. In fact the entire first floor consists of the master bedroom which, as can be imagined is very impressive. It is an L - shaped room, and has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a settee and a Phillips flat screen T.V. There is also a dressing room and wardrobe area. This room has patio doors leading to a large balcony offering quite wondrous views over the Polis Bay. Another balcony gives spectacular views towards the foothills of the Troodos Mountains.

One feature of the property deserving mention is the large double garage, very unusual for a Cyprus property, but covered parking is essential bearing in mind the hot Cyprus sun.

The outside area of this property is absolutely spectacular, and from any area of this large outside space, it is impossible to escape the wonderful views. From the large terraced area outside the lounge, there is access to the large pool measuring 12m x 6m and is heated and includes Roman steps for easier access. There is also access to the large Jacuzzi Spa bath where you can relax all year around and enjoy the stunning views.
