About this property
Four Bedroom House
Beautifully Presented Throughout
Two Bathrooms and a WC on the Ground Floor
Arranged Over Three Floors
Private Garden
Moments Away from Bow Road Station
A beautifully presented four bedroom house in Bow, arranged over three floors with a private garden, two bathrooms and a ground floor WC. Bow Road station and Bow Church DLR are both close by, while Roman Road, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick and Fish Island are all within easy reach. Stratford and Canary Wharf are also readily accessible, putting two of East London’s major hubs within straightforward reach of home.
If you lived here...
The ground floor starts with a separate front reception room, giving you a dedicated living space away from the kitchen. To the rear, the kitchen/diner is generously proportioned, with an island at its centre and plenty of room for dining. Double doors open directly onto the private rear garden, while a separate WC completes this floor.
Head upstairs and you’ll find three bedrooms on the first floor, along with the family bathroom. Two are well-proportioned bedrooms, while the smaller bedroom/study gives you the flexibility to create a home office, nursery or fourth sleeping space. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower above.
The second floor is entirely given over to the main bedroom, creating a private space at the top of the house. There’s an ensuite shower room alongside useful eaves storage, with the bedroom itself extending across much of the floor. It’s a practical three-storey layout that gives each part of the home its own purpose, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms providing plenty of flexibility.

Word from the owner...
"Ridgdale Street is a hidden gem; we didn't even know it existed until the day we viewed the house.
We love the convenience of being close to tube, DLR, Elizabeth Line etc and yet the road is so quiet and full of character.
Getting into central London is so quick and easy for work and pleasure. And yet despite being just off Bow Road, it's so peaceful and calm.
When we renovated, we brought back the original brickwork of the front facade to life and commissioned a front door as it would have been in 1910.
We revealed the original tiles in the porch from under layers of paint and reinstated the architectural cross feature.
We wanted the living room to be an Edwardian snug, and reinstated the original fireplace and installed a log burner for cosy winter nights.
With the full renovation we tried to balance modern convenience with the original charm of the house.
We love shopping on Roman Road especially the organic greengrocers and enjoying the occasional traditional pie and mash from G Kelly (they even do vegan pies).
Westfields Stratford is handy by DLR, as is Canary Wharf.
Grove Hall Park is a lovely space for a wander but the magnificent Victoria Park is close by too for bike ride or run. Our Bromptons fit perfectly under the stairs!
Our neighbours are lovely, considerate and always happy to take deliveries for us.
We've enjoyed the low maintenance outdoor space for relaxed dinners and entertaining.
The addition of the downstairs WC was perhaps our best decision. "
