abi keep the Ingleton uncluttered. One open room from the front windows through to the kitchen, a breakfast bar rather than a separate table where you want the space, and feature wallboards behind every bed. An entrance seat and coat store by the door.

A luxury wood burner style feature fire in the lounge, and usb sockets to the lounge and both bedrooms. Forty millimetre worktops with a composite sink, an integrated oven with a separate hob, an externally vented cooker hood, a full size dishwasher and a wifi enabled washing machine.

The price on the lodge is the price you pay: Sited, fully connected, with the decking down and the essentials already taken care of.
