We're not far from Hollywood Bowl, the Omniplex cinema, and the Oak Tree pub for food and a catch up, plus the Lickey Hills right on the doorstep for walks. And getting around couldn't be easier. We're right next to the M5, M6, and M42, Longbridge train station is a five minute drive, and there's a bus stop two minutes' walk away with a direct route into town."

What about the flat itself?

"The living room and the largest bedroom both catch the view and give us plenty of room to entertain. The morning light comes into bedroom two first thing and moves through the flat as the day goes on. The living room is south facing, so it's bright in summer and cosy in winter. Storage has always been good too, we've got two cupboards and built in wardrobes, and having proper space to work from home has made a real difference to us both. People are always surprised by how large the flat actually is inside once they visit. Don't judge a book by its cover. The front of the building is older and a little dated, but the flat itself is modern and spacious and ready for someone to add their own stamp. We'll miss the memories of the last six years here, and having this as our first home together before moving closer to family."
