A king size lift-up bed and a Duvalay Alba-Ortho mattress in the main bedroom, twin beds in the two rooms behind. Full size dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer and microwave, and a utility room off the hall housing the boiler and a freestanding washer dryer. Built to BS3632 residential specification, with 30kW gas combi-boiler central heating and hot water for the ten-month season.
