We bought this home in Filham, Ivybridge because it's perfectly positioned between Exeter and Plymouth, making commuting to work really convenient. We were especially drawn to the beautiful brickwork and the lovely feel of the estate. We've loved having great local shops in Ivybridge and being so close to the train station, making it easy to travel without needing to drive. The friendly community and relaxed atmosphere have made it a wonderful place to live. What we'll miss most are the stunning views of the beacons, the abundance of greenery and open space, and having the moors right on our doorstep.
