We bought this house because we fell in love with the area — it’s beautiful, with the moors nearby and plenty of great running routes around Ivybridge. The house, built by Barretts, is well made and ideally located for commuting, with easy access to the train station and the A38.
The property is just 7 years old, low maintenance, energy efficient, and very well insulated. With solar panels installed, heating and electricity bills are low, and the house stays warm throughout winter.
The south-facing garden enjoys sunlight all day and is a lovely space to relax. We’ll really miss living here and hope you’ll come and take a look around.
