Planning

North Devon Council granted outline planning permission (Ref.75194) for "Residential development including access with some matters reserved (appearance, landscaping, layout & scale) on land at Furzebray Farm, George Nympton Road, South Molton on 24th April 2024".

Technical information

The planning permission and associated S106 legal agreement includes a requirement for 14% affordable housing on the site, with the only financial contribution being a sum of £862.07 per open market dwelling towards recreation. Method of sale

The land is offered for sale by informal tender with a closing date of midday on Friday 5th July 2024, with tenders to be returned to the Agents marked "Informal tender - South Molton". The vendors reserve the right not to accept the highest or any tender and the sale of the land will be subject to VAT.
