This is our family home and we have lived here since it was built in 2018. For us, we specifically love the light and open plan kitchen/living area and the two spacious bedrooms. We are in walking distance of some great schools, the high street and are truly spoilt for choice on beautiful woodlands nearby.

We are very lucky to have such wonderful neighbours and we will be very sad to leave the Oakham Park development.

This home really is rare to find, not only is it in immaculate condition Having only been built in 2018 by award winning developers Bewley Homes, but it also comes with both a balcony and private garden. It sits in such a nice, quiet position within Oakham Park, our sellers have perfectly summed up why they have and still do love this home with an excellent community feel around them.

As you can see this home has some great space on offer, on entry you are immediately taken up the stairs to a spacious a bright landing. To the left hand side of the home you have a well fitted bathroom with the excellent size master bedroom just behind that which comes complete with built in storage. The second bedroom is also a great size but one of the things we love about this home is the amount of storage you have, the sellers have had the loft 3/4 boarded down the centre which gives you a huge amount of extra space.

However our favourite room has to be the lovely 19ft kitchen and living area, not only because of the huge amount of light coming through from the balcony and double windows but the lovely feel that the sellers have created. The finish in the kitchen is second to none as you would expect with a Bewley built home, encompassing shaker style kitchen units, integrated appliances throughout and solid stone worktops. It's also important to note that this home is on gas central heating.

Outside as we've mentioned, the garden is private and has a gate with side access. You also have access from the carport with an extra handy storage cupboard under the stairs. To the front the drive offers parking for two cars with other parking spots available just seconds from the house. This home sits tucked away at the back of Oakham Park with the playpark just around the corner. It is a popular development with a great community and is only a short stroll to woodland, parks and well-regarded schools. You've got a parade of shops on Greenwood Road which is only a 10 minute walk away but it is also only one mile from Crowthorne High Street, which offers a selection of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Bucklers Forest is on the doorstep which provides an ideal space for walking, cycling and has over 100 acres of Woodland to explore. You also have some fantastic transport links into London, not only with Crowthorne's train station but also easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
