Bailey Mews was our very first step on the property ladder when we bought brand-new back
In September 2018. It has been a very lovely family home to raise our two boys who are now 7 and 10.
We have made very happy memories here and made the house our own. The location is great as the local school is only a two minute walk and it’s great to not have to drive to get to the co-op.
We made full use of walking around Langley Mead with our boys enjoying the nature and livestock. We will be sad to leave but we are onto our next chapter.

Credit to our owners, this house is absolutely lovely! As you enter, there's a nice porch and downstairs loo before you go through to the big open plan kitchen/living space. There's a lovely amount of storage including a utilities cupboard, and the room lends itself perfectly to being zoned off into different areas. It's lovely and bright with windows at both ends and big French doors opening into the garden. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms with an en-suite to the main one and a really stylish family bathroom too. There are two allocated parking spaces right outside the front, and rear access into the garden as well.

Shinfield Meadows is a lovely location, very central to all your needs and wants. There's a little cut through just a few minutes walk away that leads to Langley Mead nature reserve, and there's a sweet little pond just round the corner of the house as well. Within easy reach there's plenty of local amenities including the popular Dobbies' Garden Centre with a Waitrose and a superb butcher. Shinfield Village is also host to plenty of pubs, Crumb's Cafe, a post office & a small supermarket due to open at a later date.
Local bus route will take you into the neighbouring towns of Reading & Wokingham, and you're close by to Mereoak Park & Ride as well as Junction 11 of the M4 as well. There's also train links with Green Park station connecting you with Basingstoke & Reading, giving you excellent access direct into London as well.
