I found Valley View 11 years ago and have been extremely happy here. I was first drawn to the house due to its size and location. For a two bedroom house it's really big and its hidden views are second to none. We would not be moving had our family not grown. It's sadly time for us to pass the keys to someone new to start their adventures here. With Horseshoe lake just a short walk away, we have spent many happy walks down there and across to Finchampsted and Eversley.
We have found the location of Valley View amazing - it's so quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife regularly visiting this quiet little hidden gem of Sandhurst.
The community in Valley View is something we will miss with all the neighbours, being extremely friendly and regular get-togethers.
From the moment I received the keys renovations started and I transformed this house into a home.

This has to be one of the best two bedroom homes, we have seen! The location and setting is wonderful as the property is set around the back of a quiet cul de sac, overlooking a private and peaceful green with a pond. As you step inside, you'll notice that the owner has modernised this property top to bottom. Starting off, there is a re-fitted kitchen with lots of storage and work space, with wonderful views over the front. There is also a modern boiler which the seller has fitted. Towards the back of the home is storage available, under the stairs and then a big lounge/diner. This room is naturally lit and has French Doors leading onto the garden. Upstairs there are two generously sized double bedrooms, one featuring fitted wardrobes. Finally, there is a refitted family bathroom which was refurbished in 2022. It's important to note, there is allocated parking available for two cars.
