"My time in Greenacre Gardens has been a very happy one. I've lived in various other parts of London but haven't stayed anywhere as peaceful and quiet as here, or with as much of a community feel. Wood Street is a vibrant and special street packed with beautiful bakeries and coffee shops and the flat's position is a stones throw from the breweries by God's Own Junk Yard, and Walthamstow Village. It's a dream for commuting too, with the Victoria Line nearby and the Overground to Liverpool St just a three-minute walk from the front door. I enjoy walking and cycling and feeling a little more connected to nature so being close to the Wetlands, Wanstead and Leyton Flats and Epping Forest was a huge draw to living in E17. The flat has always felt like a haven to return to after a busy day work in the hustle and bustle of the city and it's with a heavy heart that I leave the area to return to Scotland.
