We’ve loved living in this flat for the past five years. The apartment has both South and North facing balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, giving it plenty of natural light throughout the day. As a new build it is extremely well insulated for both temperature and noise - we’ve barely had to use heating during the winter. The local community is fantastic, and there are residents groups for just about everything including mums groups, pet owners and films and books. The last few years have seen a number of great new shops, cafés and gastropubs open up nearby. There is also plenty of green space in the area, with three big parks within a 5min-15min walk and two private residents' courtyards.
