My wife, son & I have loved our time at Flat 2 Waterman House, it’s everything a flat should be a more! It’s given us many memorable times over the years and has its own little character inside & out.

We really love this apartment and I am sure you will too. Bursting with light throughout and still feels like a show home. The finish is superb! You have a gorgeous patio area off of the large open plan lounge and kitchen. Both bedrooms are a great size and the main bedroom offers an en suite and built in wardrobes.

Waterman's View is a great development, with lots of green space and walks on your doorstep. There is a lake with beautiful seating areas around for you to enjoy. Nearby you also have California Country park. Wokingham is the nearest town, however, Reading is close too, as well as access to the motorway.
