Location

Llanddulas Chalet Park is a lovely family and dog friendly park. Facilities include a heated outdoor pool, kids pool, sunbeds, heated under cover seating area by the pool (open from 1st May until September), function room, snooker room, pool table/table tennis and laundry room. When you buy a cabin you buy a stake in the park. You are encouraged to attend the agm meetings to have a say in how the park spends its money. The fees are £1350 per annum, paid biannually, and because of how the park is run these fees won’t sky rocket, the fees are put back into improving the park. The park closes for just 18 days in February and is open for the rest of the year. It is a holiday park and there are no restrictions on how long you can stay. You cannot rent/Airbnb out these chalets. Friends/family are allowed to stay though. Park fees are billed biannually and include water. Electricity is billed quarterly. No mains gas.

Llanddulas is a lovely village with a local pub (The Valentine), a post office, Indian restaurant and petrol station. There are lots of lovely walks with stunning views and beaches just minutes away by car. Just up the hill in Llysfaen there is a local shop whilst over in Abergele (a 10min drive) you will find lots of pubs serving food, Tesco’s, bakers, butchers, lots of independent shops.
