The owner of the plot has informed us that the current planning permission proposes a bungalow that would encroach on an existing storm drain located within the plot which would need to be diverted. The owner has advised that Anglia Water had offered to pay for the drain work if the person ordering the work was to live in the new bungalow for at least 2 years. Please note this would need to be clarified with Anglian Water as Ellis Winters have not had any contact with Anglian Water to verify this.
