The flat itself is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and just the perfect size for a couple. Even though there are amazing views of East London, it somehow feels really private when we're inside.

Why are you selling?
As a young couple with plans to start a family in the near future, we are seeking a larger home with a garden in a quieter neighborhood.

What do you love about the area?
I absolutely love the fact that everything I need is right at my doorstep. There are some amazing restaurants, like Dishoom, just down the road. The charm of Columbia Road and the surrounding area gives me that cozy village feel, and on Sunday mornings, I enjoy leisurely strolls through the market, taking in the beautiful stalls, exploring the independent shops, and treating myself to delicious pastries from the local bakeries.
