The front door opens into the hall with stairs rising to the first floor. The principal reception rooms are set off the hall with the snug having stone flooring and a brick fireplace. The sitting room is brimming with character having flagstone floor, a window seat, an alcove, a large fireplace with a woodburner and a door opening into a storeroom with excellent potential for an office. From the sitting room a door opens into a superb dining room with high vaulted ceilings, fitted bookshelves and there is a dual aspect. The triple aspect kitchen / breakfast room has underfloor heating, a range of floor standing units with wooden and granite worktops and integrated appliances include a fridge, a dishwasher, and an electric aga. Beyond the kitchen is a boot room with a door to the garden, a larder and a shower room with a door leading to the utility room with a sink and space and plumbing for a washing machine.

Off the first-floor landing is an understairs cupboard, two double bedrooms, a single room currently used as a dressing room and a family bathroom with a roll top bath, a wc and a wash hand basin. Bedroom one is generous in size with a wooden floor.

Stairs rise to the second floor where there are two further double bedrooms with bedroom five having an ensuite bathroom and a triple aspect; bedroom four is currently being used as a studio.
