Before I came to purchase my flat, I looked at numerous developments in different areas. Living in a different borough outside of Bracknell it initially seemed too disconnected. That all changed and was no longer a factor when I came to view the flat.

Not only did I love the development, the flat exceeded my expectations with the bright and spacious feeling it gave off, I loved the full-length windows and open plan layout of the kitchen / lounge area, all rooms were a good size and had good storage available. There was nothing I wanted to change about the flat, I knew this was the flat for me.

I grew to love the location, surrounded by greenery but still being very connected, just being a 5-minute drive from Bracknell Town Centre (Lexicon is a great place to eat and shop), and train line. As I travel a lot it was important for me to be close to motorway, airport, and train links, living in Warfield catered for all my needs.

When not traveling I love being outdoors; I loved the fact Cabbage Hill was a short walk away, a great place to walk on your lunch/ evenings, also good for sunsets! There are a lot of beautiful places just a short drive / walk away that made me enjoy living here even more. After a long busy day at work, I really found I was able to unwind and switch off, my flat and the location really allowed me to do that. Whenever my friends came to visit they would not want to leave, or often found themselves coming for a weekend getaway as it would leave them so relaxed.

It is bittersweet selling as I loved living here, whilst it's time for me to move on I hope it makes someone else just as happy.

This really is a very bright and spacious apartment with a homely feel. There is plenty of scope for decoration and furnishings with the ample space throughout. The bathroom is in great condition as is the kitchen which houses a washing machine too. Viewing this property is a must to fully appreciate all the space and the loveliness of its surroundings.

Area Comment:

Warfield is so lovely and green with lots of hidden gems to discover, you must take a walk when you come to visit! The Lexicon homes a plethora of shops and eateries for you to enjoy. The Town Centre & Train Station (Reading - Waterloo Line) are barely a 5 minute drive at just over a mile away.
