This is a very attractive opportunity to purchase a fully serviced building plot from Southern Properties (9 plots in total). Previously Outline Planning Permission was granted under application PA18/11204 dated 20 May 2019 for 7 detached dwellings. Subsequently Consent to Discharge conditions 4,6,8 of application PA18/11204 was confirmed 08 July 2020.
