What we love about the property;

The light throughout the house is beautiful and with no overlooking properties mean it's always bright. The street has beautiful cherry blossom trees which bloom in spring and the local area has everything you need.

The park and palace is a five minute walk away and really has the best views in London. Go Ape is based in the park for kids activities, and there's a small boating pond, skate park and beautiful long stretches of parkland to walk through or picnic in. The Palace itself has a pub with beer garden and hosts loads of great events, concerts and festivals (before we had Covid anyway!).

Crescent Road has a brilliant fresh bakery, an Organic shop with literally everything, a delicious pizzeria and turkish take away, dry cleaners and lots more.

One of the best pubs the area has to offer (The Prince) is nearby, as well as The Starting Gate next to Ally Pally station. Within the station building The Yard cafe does delicious fresh coffee and cakes.

Muswell Hill and Crouch End are both a pretty and short walk away. Wood Green is a ten to fifteen minute walk and it's high street is full of amenities like a Cinema, Gym, coffee shops, restaurants, big brand retailers and excellent travel links.
