Directions: From Newcastle Emlyn take the B4333 Cynwyl Elfed road and climb up out of the town. After going along a straight stretch of road, turn right for Capel Iwan on a staggered crossroads, on a left hand bend. Go into the halmet of Pantybwlch and take the 1st left hand turning. Carry on until you come to a small traffic island and bear left. Carry on to the Give Way at the crossroads. Cross straight over and carry on until you come to the entrance of Ffarm Fach on the right hand side. The land is directly opposite with our ‘For Sale’ board at the gateway.

Description: A sizable block of some 76 ¼ acres or thereabouts, which climbs up to some 960 feet above sea level and is a healthy block of grazing/cropping land, bar for some 4 ¼ acres of wood and scrubland.
