Having been an agent for almost 20 years, Ben spent his entire career with Winkworth, where he has worked through the ranks to now run the Hammersmith office. Ben has seen numerous clients return, helping them move several times over and has sold all manner of different properties in this time. In his free time Ben enjoys spending time with his young family, as well as triathlon and running, having completed numerous marathons and other such events.
James Fraser MARLA
Lettings Manager
West London born and raised, James has been the manager of the lettings department since 2012, having spent the majority of his career before that with corporate estate agents. Incredibly steady under pressure, James is able to hold his nerve when dealing with even the most difficult negotiations. In his spare time James is a true movie buff and also enjoys watching his beloved Liverpool FC, which ensures he has to continue to keep his cool at times

Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, Simon has been living in Hammersmith since he came to London 18 months ago. He is a keen footballer, having supported Chelsea since he was 6 years old and now plays twice a week. Simon also enjoys running and walks along the Thames, ensuring he has time to stop off at one of the numerous pubs en route.

From Montpellier, Catherine left the warmer climes of southern France in 2005 to move to London where she initially worked in the retail sector. Having decided to work in Brook Green, with its ever growing French community, Catherine oversees the smooth day to day running of the office and keeps the team organised. When she is not keeping the team in check, she loves spending time with her family and two young children.
