Luke is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and now has over 11 years of experience in the Industrial and Commercial property market in the West Midlands. Luke advises clients on the disposal and acquisition of Industrial and commercial premises, and is involved in providing strategic asset advice, including the restructuring of leases, dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
Chris has been involved in the industrial and commercial property sector since the mid-1960s, initially in London where at the age of 26 he became a partner in one of the leading industrial property agents in the country, moving to Birmingham in 1977 to establish their industrial property agency department and looking after the property interests of many major industrialists, developers and investment clients before establishing White Rose Real Estates in 1988.
