- Move in with just 1% of the property value upfront, with no additional fees or rental deposit
- Make fixed monthly payments for up to five years, with no increases while you live there Make the home your own, with the freedom to decorate, personalise the space and keep pets**
- After five years, choose whether to buy the home. If you do, you'll receive a 10% discount on its market value, which can be used towards your mortgage deposit***
