  Partner

  Darren came into Residential Estate Agency from an Auctioneering background. He has over 20 years’ property experience in the Grayshott and Haslemere area and heads up the Residential Sales team at Grayshott. A problem solver with a calm intellect, Darren has a high rate of repeat instructions from clients. Darren is a devoted family man with his wife, three sons and a house-full of pets. He enjoys watching football and playing the occasional round of golf. He has always lived locally and was educated in Haslemere at Woolmer Hill.

  Sarah Johnson

  Branch Administrator

  Sarah joined the Grayshott team in 2005 initially providing Saturday cover. It soon became apparent that she had a natural flair for estate agency and she has since become the backbone of administration within the office. Living locally, Sarah seems to know everyone in the village and has an excellent understanding of the area. With her superb organisational skills, it's fair to say the Grayshott team would be lost without her. However, with her natural competitive streak, she is as eager to achieve a sale as anyone. Sarah is married and has two daughters, another unruly dog, and a husband in IT, who mostly works from home.

  Robert Watson

  Senior Residential Sales

  Having moved home several times in recent years, Robert very much liked the look of life as an estate agent and so upon leaving university and much to the benefit of Warren Powell-Richards decided to join the ranks in July 2016. An avid country boy, Robert enjoys getting outdoors whenever possible to participate in field sports, but if it’s raining, Robert can be found pursuing his second love as a wine buff rummaging in the cellar for a bottle of Claret. Robert decided to join WPR on the grounds of its reputation and approach to the industry, not a machine, but a caring organisation of like-minded people who value personal and considerate relationships with both vendors and buyers alike.

  Petra Rabstein

  Petra joined the Grayshott team after engaging Warren Powell-Richards to both sell and buy her houses over the years. She was so impressed that she wanted to join the company! She brings a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge combined with plenty of experience in negotiating and selling in a consultative way. Having bought and sold on numerous occasions she also has a clear understanding of clients’ needs and requirements and as a real people person likes to establish a high level of rapport and trust. She has lived in and around the Grayshott area for many years and therefore has am expert knowledge of the local area. On a lighter note … She enjoys football which can become a very lively debate in the office!

  James King

  Assistant Branch Manager

  Some may think the most notable thing about James is his height, and at 6'6" it is a close contender, but actually the most notable thing about James is his desire to get his clients the very best deal. Coming from a manufacturing background he already knew what hard work was about, and his natural flair for customer service and his passion for sales soon bought him into the world of Estate Agency where he found his natural habitat, his hard work and dedication are reflected in promotion from Sales Negotiator to Senior Sales Negotiator and now Assistant Branch Manager, an invaluable member of the team. Having grown up in the area, originally from Grayshott followed by Headley Down, Headley and Lindford there is nothing about the local area he doesn't know it seems, and this knowledge is invaluable when advising purchasers. He attended Grayshott Primary School, Bohunt School and Alton College. When time off allows he is a gym addict, and this is where he can be found most evenings, with a couple of local five a side football matches thrown in occasionally for variety. Sadly James’ expertise in property wasn’t matched when choosing which football team to support as a child, and to this day still supports West Ham.

  Claire Seward

  Lettings Manager

  Claire joined the Grayshott office after dealing with the sales team when looking to buy a property and quickly realised that they seemed a thoroughly decent bunch! Claire joins the team with 20 years of experience in the lettings industry in both London and Surrey. Having worked for large corporate companies and smaller independent agencies, Claire is happy to work for a company that offers its clients a bespoke personal service and brings with her an in depth knowledge of the best systems and processes that are required for a happy landlord and tenant. Claire lives locally in Frensham with her partner and cat Turnip (yes, Turnip, an inherited name!). Claire enjoys visiting family who are dotted around the country, travelling, weekends away and is rather partial to a skiing holiday and particularly enjoys a leisurely fondue lunch and a glass or two of wine on the slopes. Trips over recent years have included Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Italy and France, happily tying in a number of Grand Prix's during these trips.

  Dean Henderson

  Sales

  Dean has an extensive background incorporating both the digital and commercial sectors, but most recently and for several years Dean has been developing properties as well as managing numerous refurbishment projects. Having lived for much of his life in Ealing, West London, Dean and his family saw the merits of living in the Home Counties and now lives happily in the area with his wife and two sons. Away from the office, Dean is keen on all sports and supports Brentford Football Club, loves tennis and runs in half marathons.
