Colin Shairp is well known in the Portsmouth area, where he's been a lettings and estate agent for over 36 years. He worked his way up from junior negotiator, and went on to build up and own the area's largest agency, with several branches. Colin saw the market need for a Town & Country Southern branch, sold his original business, and captured and has maintained a substantial market share over the last 12 years trading. Opening a 2nd Fine & Country office in Emsworth in August 2014.

Amanda has been with the company since we opened in 2009, prior to that she managed a ‘corporate’ owned office on the south coast. She brings to the team, superb organisation skills, outstanding customer service abilities and an aptitude to deal with all sales and lettings matters. Oliver has recently joined the team (November 2017), previously working for a family run independent agency within the local area. He has worked with property since 2014, with customer facing roles prior to joining the industry. He has dealt with mainly the sale of residential property, but is increasing his knowledge in residential lettings. He has a growing knowledge of property along with administrative and technological attributes which allows flexibility within the team.

Claire re-joined the team in June 2019 after a couple of years out leading a team in property development, but originally joined Town & Country Southern in 2015, She has worked with property since 1999, progressing her career to sales manager. With well over 20 years experience working within the local area, she is able to 'get the job done', thinking outside the box and using her many local contacts to work efficiently and effectively.

Marcus first started working in estate agency in 1998 and since then has gained a wealth of experience in the industry. He has worked for both small and medium sized independent businesses, and also large corporate firms so is well placed to assist our clients whatever their needs. He has been involved in the sale of everything from large distinctive and country homes, single garages, and any type of property in between over the years and will give the same level of attention to detail no matter what the property transaction holds. He has also completed the full financial planning certificate as well as the CeMAP paper for mortgage advice and principles, giving him a very well rounded understanding of matters relating to property be it your main residence or in the context of them being an investment vehicle.
