After 23 Years in the industry our owner and founder Frank Cooper decided that, during the pandemic, it was time to diversify as the industry had changed. Buyers were now making decisions on property purchases through mediums such as videos, virtual tours and social media campaigns. No more is there a requirement to sit with a buyer and slide paper details across a desk to decide whether they wanted view them.

It was such an old fashioned approach - not to mention a waste of paper and printing resources. From the COVID lockdowns, Frank found buyers wanted deep detail and rich video content on a property before they physically went to see it. This had such a positive impact. Viewings were now more of a match and naturally the ratio between viewings to offers increased. And that’s where the plan to start a company that could offer all of this as standard, whilst offering excellent value for money, was sparked and “Te Koop” was born!

Te Koop are now putting buyers and property in the marketplace using the latest Customer Relationship Management software from industry leaders such as the Zoopla group. This, combined with the seasoned know-how from our staff, state of the art professional photography, professional video content and RICS approved floorplans makes a winning formula!

We found we were able to pass on savings to the client by choosing to ditch the expensive high street offices approach in favour of vibrant cost effective office space away from the high street, enabling us to give an exceptional Rockstar service with exceptional value for money!
