Steve Gooch Estate Agents has been established since 1985, opening our first office in Newent. Since then we have grown to a network of 4 offices specialising in Residential Sales; a firm of Surveyors & Valuers, a Mortgage Advice Bureau as well as Lettings & Property Management covering Newent, Gloucester, the Forest of Dean and the Herefordshire borders to provide you with a complete service. We pride ourselves on offering a professional and friendly service, based very much on the old traditional values and principles of the highest standard of customer service; coupled with the most up to date computerised methods which mean we have many Clients returning again and again. We are regularly recommended by many firms of solicitors and national organisations and proud of the fact that much of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past Clients. With our multiple branches linked together by an internet based computer system designed so that every property we market can be seen by all 4 offices which for you is like having 4 estate agencies promoting your sale with the simplicity of dealing with 1 office. Because moving home isn’t a nine to five business, especially for our Clients who are juggling their working lives with their sale or purchase, we make it easier for them to get in touch with our Sales Offices who are open from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Fridays and 9am to 5.30pm Saturday.
