  Born and brought up in Rothey, and schooled at the village primary school onto Stonehill High School and finally Longslade Upper School, Wendy has also been local to the Charnwood and is happily married with two Children and three Grandchildren whom she adores. Wendy has been in the Business for over many years and will be celebrating a decade working for Sinclair, starting with us in 2008. As a family run business she loves adding the personal touches from the start of the process ‘the Market Appraisal’ right through to the completion of the contracts and handing over the keys to excited new Vendors and still gets the enjoyment of making our purchasers ‘dreams come true’.   Pete was born in Leicester, raised and educated in Charnwood so he knows the area inside and out. Having worked in the Charnwood property market since 2000 (and all that time at Sinclair), he has acquired a wealth of knowledge in both Residential Sales and Lettings. Living in Barrow upon Soar with Sue and his two girls Millie and Daisy, Pete is ideally located to our Charnwood office in Sileby and the Shepshed office which covers those Leicestershire villages towards Nottingham. Over the years he has developed a real skill of promoting property to it’s best with an eye for photography and attention to detail, you will not be disappointed.
